Herefordshire has a small but vibrant wine industryproducing a range of fresh and fruity white wines. The grape varieties used are generally Germanic, and many of the vineyards have restaurants and viticulture displays as well as offering tasting.
Lulham Court lies in the Wye Valley,a few minutes drive from the Portway Inn. They produce an award-winning range of wines, some of which are available by the glass or by the bottle in our bar and restaurant.
The Coddington Vineyard lies between Ledbury and Malvern and grows Bacchus, Ortega and Pinot Gris.
Broadfield Court is at Bodenham, north of Hereford. They produce wines using the Huxelrebe, Reicensteiner, Madeline Angevine, Muller-Thurgau and Seyve grapes.
Frome Valley Vineyard is at Paunton Court, between Ledbury and Bromyard. They also use the Huxelrebe and Madeline Angevine grapes.
